Nordic Strong is a unique fitness concept with a studio located in Copenhagen’s newest district, Nordhavn. The Nordic Strong workout concept blends the concept of cross-country with Pilates by merging the cardiovascular intensity of cross-country skiing with the core strengthening and flexibility of Pilates, creating a comprehensive, synergistic workout. At the Nordic Strong Studio, members form a community and come together to work out, enjoy coffee in the cafe and leisure time in the sauna. Built on the foundations and principles of Scandinavian living and training, balancing physical strength with internal and emotional wellness for a carefully considered holistic approach to health, Nordic Strong has created an environment in which their community truly enjoys to spend their time. We are very proud to have been part of their journey and helping them with the design and production of their interior as well as custom products for their shop and packaging for their cozy cafe.
